1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Little Hero Stories (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. The Service is intended to be used by parents and guardians to create stories for children — not by children directly.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@littleherostories.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent any limits.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service to create personalized stories for personal, family, and non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to bulk-generate stories for commercial resale
• Input any prompt designed to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Ownership of generated content

The stories and illustrations generated for you are yours to enjoy, print, download, and share with family and friends for personal use.

You may not sell generated stories or illustrations, claim them as original creative works for commercial publication, or use them in ways that compete with Little Hero Stories.

We retain the right to display anonymized examples of generated content for marketing and demonstration purposes, except where you have requested otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The Little Hero Stories name, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you any license to use our branding or technology.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will always meet your expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Hero Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@littleherostories.com.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
